New law lowers tattoo age to 18

Rebellious youngins aching for some ink can celebrate a new South Carolina law allowing 18-year-olds to get tattooed without their parents permission.

The law was signed in by Govener Mark Sanford on March 30th and has made for many a happy tattoo parlor owners. South Carolina was the only state requiring parent's permission for tattoo hopefuls under 21 years of age.
