Check up on South Carolina's state prisons comes out clean

The State reports that a legislative audit found no major problems in the operation of state prisons.
However, there are some tough critics who, despite the report, feel that there is room for improvement on how state prisons are run. Take a look at the official Legislative Audit Council report and be your own judge.
