Mt. Pleasant eases up on kibosh on temporary signs

If you've noticed more free-standing signs along Mount Pleasant's roadways, you're not alone.
The reason why the town hasn't been enforcing its restrictive codes? The Post and Courier says it's that Mount Pleasant Town Administrator Mac Burdette has a heart.
