With the Town of James Island's Mary Clark voted out of office, mayor elect Bill Woolsey stands ready to run budgetary matters differently. 

The Charleston City Paper's Greg Hambrick has done a nice job stitching together a story of how personalty combined with budget concerns to wear down the affection of Clark, and how some of the budget woes stand firm to challenge Woolsey.
