'A small-time Chicago': Profiling Charleston Mayor Joe Riley

As Charleston Mayor Joe Riley nears the November 8th election day that will determine if he gets a 10th term in office, a scandal over "anonymous" money in "Citizens for a Better Charleston" has evolved the interest in the race.
