Greenville teacher making symbolic write-in bid for Jim DeMint's Senate seat

Greg Snoad, a Greenville government, economics and history teacher, is making a write-in bid for the South Carolina U.S. Senate seat up in November.
The reason? To offer a chance for voters to "cast a symbolic vote for civil political discussion and the development of common ground in public policy."
Yes, this is the same race where political novice Alvin Greene is running.
