During a recent interview, our Governor, Mark Sanford, said "Anybody who wants [Obama] to fail is an idiot." That remark is most interesting because Right-wing radio host Rush Limbaugh has publicly said and defended his statement that "I hope Obama fails."

And Limbaugh has responded saying that, essentially, Sanford agrees but only can't say so.

I'm thinking it's more likely Sanford doesn't like a lot of Obama's decisions, but is more hopeful that the GOP might be wrong rather being able to say "I told you so."

But, when you're a man who feeds off sowing anger, it probably is better for the president to fail.
