2010 Redistricting will shape future of S.C. politics for years

After the 2010 Census, S.C. politicians will begin the ever-controversial issue of redrawing electorate districts.
Changes could give more seats to the state's Democrats, and a Democrat or Republican win in the forthcoming governor race will do much to shape how those seats fall.
