S.C. House members are closely monitoring Sanford's "toxicity" as they start to think about staying in office after the 2010 election.

The State has a good article on some of the politics behind the impeachment debate.

The paper also has a second piece saying that while many want Sanford to go, impeachment isn't as popular.

Sanford might just hang on through this storm yet.
