Gov. Haley lands in hot water for not keeping up with security tab

The State Law Enforcement Division is tasked with guarding Gov. Nikki Haley, and usually that protection is done on the state's dime — but not when Haley is campaigning or doing non-official business.

And when the state doesn't pay for it, the money is supposed to come out of Haley's campaign coffers, only it's been 18 months since the governor's campaign wrote a check and some are crying fowl — and are upset that no one seems to have the total amount owed.
