N. Charleston Mayor takes on CSX worker over railroad crossing sign

North Charleston Mayor Keith Summey is very serious about his signs.

The Mayor and his assistant grabbed a video camera and headed out to the scene where a CSX worker was taking down signs the city had placed at problematic railroad crossings. The posted signs read "This crossing recently repaired by CSX. If unhappy with it, please call 1-877-835-5279." The number directed callers to CSX, not the city, who was tired of dealing with complaints that were out of their jurisdiction.
