The Post and Courier reports that Vice President Joe Biden and his wife Jill landed at the Charleston Air Force base yesterday, August 5.

The two don't have any serious business to attend to, unless you call rest and relaxation serious business. The White House confirmed Biden and his wife will be vacationing in Kiawah until next week, but that no public events are scheduled.
