Off-duty cop catches flack for misuse of patrol car

A Mount Pleasant police officer has been reprimanded for using his patrol car to pick up an intoxicated family member from North Charleston's Market Street Saloon.
The officer, Paul Russell, was off duty at the time the incident occurred.
