Home Team Offering More Than Just BBQ

Most people know Home Team BBQ as being voted the BEST in Charleston for BBQ, Ribs & Wings. What many do not know is, Home Team BBQs are a chef-driven restaurants led by owner Aaron Siegel, formerly the Executive Chef at Blossom. Through his extensive training under some of the country’s most reknowned chefs, Siegel combines traditional processes and techniques of classical cuisine with the simplicity of comfort food, BBQ, and Southern fare. At Home Team BBQ on Sullivan’s Island, this is apparent with his and Chef Taylor Garrigan’s latest introduction of Sunday Brunch from 11am-2pm. Some of their menu items include BBQ Shrimp & Grits with smoked sausage and fried okra, Steak & Eggs featuring brisket, two eggs and tater tot hash browns and Banana Pudding French Toast with a side of bacon.
