Rabbit! Indie Rock Band Visits N. Charleston During U.S. Tour

Indie rock band Rabbit! performs at a reception for Alan Finch at the North Charleston City Gallery on Thursday 7/7 at 5 PM. The gallery is adjacent to the Charleston Area Convention Center.

Taking a musical cue from the bubblegum scene of the late 1960s and marrying it with a quirky combination of acoustic and electronic instruments, Rabbit! creates indie pop for the new millennium.

Rabbit!‘s song “Light Up the Night” is currently airing in Crayola’s commercial for glow-in-the-dark chalk.

The North Charleston show is part of a 45-city summer tour promoting Rabbit!s new album “Go For It." The band will also be visiting community-driven arts & music programs across the U.S., to shine a light on the “unsung heroes” from Florida to California who are battling cuts in arts education.
