Temporary restaurant and Washed Out making a one night appearance in ELA (post-show review)

Update January 28: Charleston Scene has a post-show review of the evening at Eye Level Art which featured great food and fantastic music.

First reporting: Charleston expat Mark Andrew Gravel will be in town Tuesday, January 25th, with his art collective Bouwerie for Peaches, "A one night only temporary restaurant happening at Eye Level Art".

Previously organizing projects ranging from a Temporary Taqueria in Brooklyn to a Southern Ramen in San Francisco. He’ll be bringing his bean pot to the lowcountry to serve up generous bowls of red bean gumbo followed by a live performance with Georgia lo-fi electro artist Washed Out. Jaz of The Weejun Hour will be kicking off the evening with a DJ set at 8 p.m., so come hungry and be ready to party!

Tickets will be $15 in advance, available at www.foodsexart.com.

A limited amount of free ELA member rush tickets will be available at the door.
