Mt. Pleasant Old Village may soon get denser with an additional 35 properties

The Old Village's little historic district is about to get a little more dense.
Though a move to reduce the minimum of age of structure to 50 years was abandoned, the push to expand the Mount Pleasant Old Village Historic District is moving forward and may soon include 35 more properties.
