Myrtle Beach area home sales are holding steady

Compared to this time last year, home sales in the Grand Strand are marginally down. But that is actually better than most area's in the state.
It's another one of those "we did less bad" statistics. Another factor is median home prices- which were also down compared to April 2010. Which makes this Sun News headline even more odd and confusing to me. But they do have all the specific numbers including which area actually saw a 7% gain over last year. Read on to find out.
