The Charleston Battery defeated Atlanta FC 2-0 in the first round of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup at home last night, June 9.

The Battery take on Miami F.C. Blues in Miami for the second round of the Open Cup next Tuesday, June 16. The Battery return to league play this Saturday, June 13, with a home game versus the Portland Timbers at 7:30 p.m.
