The Charleston Battery upset Major League Soccer's Chivas USA Tuesday, June 30, by knocking them out of the running for the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup with a 3-1 victory.

The win sends the Battery into the quarterfinals where they will host the winner of tonight's match between Houston Dynamo and the Austin Aztex.
