Saint James Baseball star headed to USC not the pros
For now Saint James baseball star Tanner English has decided to say no the the MLB and become a Game Cock.
The Murrells Inlet native turned down the Tampa Bay Rays just hours before the signing deadline. Tanner a 13th round draft pick took to Twitter on August 15th to announce his decision:

This past June, Shon Carson of Lake City made a similar decision to turn down the Cincinnati Reds and attend USC.
