12-year-old Tony Darrisaw is dead after he was hit by 13 bullets while trick-or-treating on Friday, October 31, with his father and 9-year-old brother.

Quentin L. Patrick, 22, a convicted felon is charged with murder and three counts of assault and battery. Patrick allegedly feared that he was being robbed.
