Toddler's abuse death more curious with pool story

Last week news broke that a boyfriend was being charged with homicide by child abuse in toddler's death that tale just became a bit more convoluted after a tale emerged that the toddler repeatedly fell in a pool hours before his death.

Summerville police have now arrested the boy's mother, Jennifer Spoerl, and charged her with unlawful conduct towards a child after they discovered that others had to rescue 22-month-old Blaise Spoerl after he fell in the water multiple times because the mother and boyfriend were to distracted.

It is unknown what role the pool incident may have played in toddlers death that night.
