Accident dumps thousands of gallons of fuel
A fuel tanker overturned, split, and leaked thousands of gallons of fuel -- some going into the nearby Filbin Creek.

The accident on Tuesday, October 4, around 9 p.m. occurred at the entrance to I-526 at Virginia Avenue.
The Post and Courier has the best write-up on the accident, and ABC News 4 has the best on the environmental containment.
Update November 6: Two days later, officials are still trying to contain and clean up the spill.
