Bus buy losing support in favor of more local jobs

Momentum is building to not spend some $5 million to replace aging CARTA busses. Critics are well on their way to getting that money spent on more locally oriented projects, like the North Charleston Regional Intermodal Center.

It's a logic that has North Charleston Mayor Keith Summey willing to get the matter reconsidered by rescinding his vote in favor the busses.
