Sanford stimulus plan rejected in federal court

S.C. Gov. Mark Sanford has been handed a defeat in federal court when the judge sent Sanford's two pivotal challenges back to the S.C. Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, The Charleston Regional Business Journal points out that a third case -- in which Sanford had sued McMaster to block him from enforcing the legislature's budget -- remains in federal court.
