Clemson snaps 50-year losing streak to Boston College

Cementing what has so far been a topsy-turvy season, Clemson's football team beat Boston College 27-21 on Saturday night for the first time in 50 years.

But BC had expected the night's game could be rough. After all, it was the talent that made Clemson the number 9 pre-season team.

It could be a sign of a turn around for the once-lauded season, or just more craziness. As a Clemson alum, I say: Figures.

The win brings Clemson to 2 and 3 in the Atlantic Coast Conference, keeping the possibility of a bowl game alive.
