Through a campaign held on Tuesday, September 13th, Whole Foods Market donated 5% of the net sales earned that day to the Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry totaling $3,745.

CML Executive Director, Denis Chirles said, “Whole Foods Market has been a wonderful partner to CML and the young children we serve. We could not be more thankful for their continued generosity and support. We thrive on community support and with this generous donation from Whole Foods and the support from our Museum visitors and members who shopped that day, our organic kid’s garden will continue to thrive as well!”

Whole Foods continues to promote and emulate their goals of healthy eating, sustainable agriculture and being stewards of the community. The funds donated will be used exclusively to revitalize and maintain CML’s organic gardens which are used for numerous Field Trips, Museum events and visitor education and enjoyment.
