Hurricane Bill's waves don't disappoint Folly surfers

Bills waves on Saturday proved to be worth the hype they were given.
Read more stories on this subject in our surfing topic page.In the morning hours they were often well-formed and often reached heights in excess of five feet.
Kristin Walker has a nice photo collection of surfing going on near the washout at Folly Beach, while The Post and Courier has a nice textual account of the day.
Flickr user Dustin K. Ryan also has some nice shots of the day's surfing activity.
