Myrtle Beach residents Paul Elliott and Kevin Andrews have spent the past six months developing an app called Envite.

They were working in event promoting and marketing, when they figured out a whole new way to go about promoting events. "We had the idea of getting rid of the promoters and basically making everyone the promoter," Elliott said.
