Croissants Bistro & Bakery is hosting their 2nd Annual Cupcake Eating Contest on July 4th with an event for the whole family.

The competition is much like the annual Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog eating contest and the entrant who eats the most cupcakes will be crowned the “Cupcake Champion” of the Grand Strand. The grand prize package includes tickets to local area attractions and restaurants.

The contest will be held at Croissants Bistro & Bakery on Robert Grissom Parkway in Myrtle Beach on Thursday July 4th from 3 to 5 p.m. Contestants have five minutes to eat as many cupcakes as they can, but must check in to the contest by 3:30 p.m. The event will also have live music, face painting, balloon animals, and kids' cupcake decorating.

Croissants Bistro & Bakery will begin accepting entries June 10th, but space is limited. For contest entry, please email info@croissants.net.
