Croissants Bistro and Bakery will be hosting a wine tasting and art show event onSaturday, May 17th from 2-5pm. Tickets are $10 in advance and $20 at the door. All proceeds will benefit the Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach at HGTC. The building will provide a state of the art bakery/patisserie laboratory, a nutrition laboratory, a miXology laboratory, production and training kitchens, and a demonstration kitchen for cooking classes for the general public. The school will also serve as a staging area for guest chefs to teach and entertain students as well as the public!! The new school will be a state of the art facility that will not only educate students, but will enable them to reach their highest culinary potential, fully preparing them for a successful future.

Local wine distributors Vidalco, Grapevine, Southern Wine and Spirits, Country Vinter, and Aleph will be pouring some of their finest wines. Live music along with an elaborate art display by local artists Mike Munden, David Utterback, Barbara Streeter and Judy O’Brien will be featured as well. A silent auction will take place with wonderful gifts for guests to bid on.
