The Long Bay Symphony presents An Evening at the Opera with internationally-acclaimed mezzo-sopranoKirstin Chávez, the Carolina Master Chorale and Litchfield Dance Arts Academy for a grand theatrical experience including beloved arias, ensemble numbers, ballet scenes and instrumental showpieces from popular operas. The program takes place on Sunday, March 9, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. and includes selections from the following: Verdi’s Il Trovatore, Aïda; Saint-Saëns’ Samson and Delilah; Bizet’s Carmen; Mozart’s Marriage of Figaro, The Magic Flute.
