IYQ Inc opened door to the first Myrtle Beach area Tea Room on May called 'Just Because IYQ Tea Room'. The Tea Room is located at 2520 Highway 17 business in Garden City which is in the Oasis Plaza. The tea room features over 60 different types of tea, as well as a light lunch menu and a sweets. An IYQ gift shop compliments the tea room perfectly as it is stocked with 'things to make friends smile'. Owner and propriotress is Eileen Cyrus, a proud Air Force veteran.

Business hours are 10 AM - 4 PM Monday- Saturday and by appointment. The Just Because IYQ Tea Room serves morning tea, afternoon tea and high tea. Reservations for larger groups encouraged. Call 843-651-3071
