We've been able to confirm that a new Longhorn Steakhouse is coming to the Grand Strand. The newest location is in North Myrtle Beach at the corner of 48th Ave S. and Highway 17. The location is a prime spot located directly across the street from Barefoot Landing. 

There is no word yet as to when exactly the new location will be open. Right now they have just completed clearing out and leveling the construction area. We'll guess not until the end of the season. 

That plat of land used to be home to quite a few trees and the former home of Hamburger Joe's (which moved across the street years ago). We can't help but wonder if more businesses will be going up in that location. 

A rumor we've been hearing as of late is that a third Nacho Hippo will be coming to North Myrtle Beach, so could they possibly be going on that location too? I guess we'll find out in the coming months.
