Former ‘Myrtle Manor’ star sentenced to probation

Former reality television star Taylor Burt pled guilty to first degree assault and battery Tuesday, according to the Horry County Solicitor’s Office.

Burt, who was featured in the TLC show “Trailor Park: Welcome to Myrtle Manor,” was originally charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor in April 2014. He pled guilty to the lesser felony charge of assault and battery.

Circuit judge Benjamin Culbertson sentenced Burt to four years in jail suspended to three years probation.

Burt referred all comments about the case to his lawyer, Johnny McCoy.
