The episode shot in Myrtle Beach features a couple from Kentucky looking to buy a new house at the beach. Due to confidentiality agreements, we will not know much about the episode or which home the couple bought, but we did get a few hints.

"Kingston Plantation was their main focus because they really did want to live on the beach and see the ocean," said Bryan Boodro the real estate agent who helped the couple find a home.
