An Horry County Grand Jury indicted a Loris man in connection with two brothers being killed in a December vehicle crash, according to court records.

Craig Austin Livingston, 32, was indicted on two counts of felony driving under the influence with death in the Dec. 22 crash on Red Bluff Road, according to indictments released Tuesday.

Troopers with the S.C. Highway Patrol arrested Livingston and charged him in the deaths of 26-year-old Christopher Lee Waddell and his 17-year-old brother, Miles Tommy Waddell, authorities said.
