MBPD: Man dragged by moving car then run over during strong arm robbery

Myrtle Beach police arrested a woman in connection with a strong arm robbery Saturday night and are looking for another suspect after a victim was assaulted, dragged across the a gas station parking lot while hanging out of a moving car, and run over, authorities said.

Michele Lee Parker, 46, of Myrtle Beach was charged with strong arm robbery and was being held at the J. Reuben Long Detention Center on a $25,000 bond on Tuesday morning, according to jail records.

Officers were called about 7:30 p.m. Saturday to a Kangaroo gas station where witnesses reported the incident.

Police met three witnesses who said they saw a fight among Parker, a male suspect, and the victim on the east side of the gas station parking lot, according to the police report.
