Myrtle Beach police respond to strong arm robbery and assault on Ocean Boulevard

Myrtle Beach police are looking for two men wanted in connection with an assault and strong arm robbery that happened on Monday.

Police were called about 11 p.m. to a hotel at 2201 S. Ocean Blvd. where a 33-year-old victim reported the incident, according to a police report.

The victim told officers he was walking on the sidewalk when a man asked him a question from across the street. The victim used profanity while telling the man to leave him alone. The man then jumped the fence and hit the victim with some type of baton, police said.
