S.C. DNR climate report sheds light on state's warming environment

Although the climate warming report by the S.C. Department of Natural Resources was shelved, it does shed light on how the environement is being impacted already, like more white ibis birds, more dolphin fish earlier in the season, and higher marshes.

The Post and Courier's Bo Petersen discusses the debate over the report, and the paper is hosting a copy of the report.
