South Carolina drivers ranked 2nd worst in the nation

"The latest count shows that 714 people have died on South Carolina roads so far this year. The state has a fatality rate of 49 per 100 million vehicle miles traveled, one of the highest in the country.

According to carinsurancecomparison.com, South Carolina is ranked 50th for Careless Driving, and the Drunk Driving rating went from 30th to 49th in the United States. The state is ranked 38th in terms of Traffic Tickets."
