Enhanced film incentives have all but become law
The bill to attract more filmmaking to South Carolina is expected to soon head to Gov. Nikki Haley for her signature — at the heart of the increased tax rebates is CBS' new legal drama "Reckless" which recently filmed a pilot in Charleston.
