BACON & BOURBON @ MEMMINGER AUDITORIUM ON FEB. 8TH, 2014

Serving pairings of bacon dishes from local chefs with traditional and new distilleries to create perfectly curated bacon dishes and bourbon samples.

The courtyard will feature a cigar cabana, lounge and a mechanical bull, while inside you can find laser skeet shooting and live music.

A portion of the proceeds will go to Darkness to Light.

The mechanical bull champion will be awarded a belt for their efforts presented by BootJack.
