While the Hilton Head Island Wine & Food Festival isn't until March, now is the perfect time to break out some wine and get ready to celebrate. 

Uncork the Festival takes place from 5:30 to 7:30 this evening, giving you the perfect opportunity to officially kick off the Wine & Food Festival. The event will take place at Bomboras Grill (101 A/B Pope Avenue) and allows wine lovers to gather together to sip their favorite spirits and enjoy each other's company.

And you'll get the chance to talk about your favorite wines with Wine & Food Festival judges as athey taste wine and get ready for the International Wine Judging and Competition, which takes place tomorrow and involves all the wines that will be featured at the festival in March.

But it's not all about the wine — Uncork the Festival will also provide guests with some yummy tapas. It's $35.
