One man shot following argument at IHOP parking lot

One man was shot following an argument between some dozen men at the IHOP restaurant on Robert Smalls Parkway early in the morning on Sunday, October 16.

Last month a man was stabbed following an early morning argument at a Beaufort Waffle House.
