The Island Packet also has a report and notes that the majority of jobs will pay at least $13 an hour.

First reporting April 4: A cryptic few lines on Jasper County Council's agenda for their meeting today, April 4th, tips off the talk of a newly designated multi-county business park and "Project Rose."

As evidence, "Discussion of matters relating to the proposed location, expansion, or the provision of services encouraging location or expansion of industries or other businesses in the area served by a public body memorandum of understanding – Project Rose" at Cypress Ridge Business Industrial Park.

It's to be discussed at 3 p.m. in a private executive session before the 4 p.m. regular council meeting.

You can check out the full meeting agenda here, and The Island Packet also has a solid report that offers a good bit more context about the park but is also scarce on specifics.

Look for more news on this one this evening.
