Charleston chef Sean Brock profiled by Nightline for his cooking, story

We've heard a little more about McCrady's chef Sean Brock of late thanks to his win of the 2010 James Beard Best Chef: Southeast award. 

Well if you're still a bit mystified as to why he earned it, you'll dig the segment on him by ABC's Nightline that focuses on not only his cooking but the chef's roots and how it influences his cooking.
