Boathouse expanding into Mimi's Creekside on James Island

The Boathouse on East Bay Street is opening a new location in the soon-to-close Mimi's Creekside on James Island.

It's a great, cozy spot with great views.

The move offers more evidence that Charleston might better weather the economic storm, especially as The Boathouse's parent company closed its North Carolina location earlier this year.
