South Carolina man admits to running Ponzi scheme, headed to the slammer

A South Carolina man has admitted to stealing around $2.5 million from at least 35 people in a Ponzi scheme dating back to 1995.

The former Rock Hill insurance agent and investment broker is facing up to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to mail fraud.
